dadih-post tambahan utk yg bawah tu..

erkkss..
actually, kpd sume yg nak try wat dadih tu..
ada beberapa perkara yg aku nak ingatkan korang nih..
beberapa mistakes yg pernah aku buat..
yg mnyebabkan dadih tu tak jadi dadih..
dan jadi air jagung or air keladi je..

amik perhatian ye kpd beberapa perkara di bawah:

1-tengok betul2 kat paket agar2 nona tu..jgn amik yg 9 gm punye taw..
amik yg 8 gm punye je..and jgn konpius dgn jenama2 lain ye...
jgn ingat brand lain yg packaging kaler2 lain mcm hijau or merah yg nona tu cam same je ngan yg kuning..or korang jgn amik brand lain punye serbuk agar2 yg 8 gm gak...jangan taw..nanti tak jadik dadih korang..

2.sukatan air tu adalah mengikut botol air F&N..taw tak botol F&N?..
iye2..yg air gas yg macam2 kaler tu..
sukatan air yg diperlukan ialah 3 Litre iaitu 2 kali 1.5 Litre botol tu laa..

3.lepas dah masuk gula kan..jangan terus masuk agar2 serbuk tu..JANGAN2..
biar tunggu lame sket takpe..nanti kalau gula tu tak hancur n trus masuk je agar2 serbuk..abih laa..dadih tu tak menjadi punye..jadi air je la..tak keras2 sket cam dadih tu..

erm..tu je kot..
apa2 perkara akan ditambah dari semasa ke semasa...

dadih~

sowy cik adik miyn..patutnye dah lame akak post ttg dadih ni..
nah..khas wat kamu..ngan kak izzah skali..
dah lame pics ni ade dlm laptop..
cume mase je takde nak tulih....
sowy skali lg eyh...

okies..first skali bahan2nye ialah..(lengkap ngan gmbar2 ni..heh~)

serbuk agar2 nona 8gm
2 botol air( 1.5 L)
coffee mate creamer
nestle ideal
perasa(jagung, milo)
gula pasir

bekas 500 mL

seterusnya, cara2nya ialah:

1-jerang air

2-masukkan gula pasir dalam bekas 500 mL bila air dah mendidih..tunggu dalam 10 minit.

3-masukkan 1 paket agar2 serbuk..

4-selepas menggelegak(mesti tunggu gelegak dulu taw), masukkan coffee mate creamer dlm bekas 500 mL dalam periuk..

5-kacau sebati.perlahankan api..

6-masukkan nestle ideal 1 tin dan kacau lagi

7-masukkan garam sedikit je..ingat..sket je..

8-bile dah masak, letak dalam jag..asing ikut perasa yg kamu nak..

9-pastu, letak la dalam bekas yg kiyut2 utk dadih tu..

10-taraaa..da siap..simple kan..jgn lupe, letak dalam peti ais..

ermm....
umah aku kat rawang..kmpung due2 belah papa n mama pon kat rawang gak..
tapi disebabkan pak andak dah 'culik' nenek ke umah die kat melake..
kami 1 family kene turun gak melake tu..kat taman terendak permai..
malas sgt2 nak pegi, tapi ikut je laa..
ni 1st time pi umah pak andak..tido kat umah die semalam..
pagi raye, ade nasi dagang..lemang n rendang..n kuih2 raye..
dalam perjalanan naik kereta, pegi n balik..
berjaya gak aku baca abih dua2 drama yg boring tu..
trem bernama desire and atap genting, atap rumbia..
yeaa~
nasib baik aku jenis yg boleh mmbace dlm kenderaan..
n tak pening2 time bace tu.

sementara tunggu yg laen2 balik solat raye..
sebab kalau time laen, cousins laki yg laen sibuk gak nak maen..

twilight..

Yeah..me and enna went for a movie at jaya jusco yesterday..

Actually, we want to go for it straight away after the last paper, which is PAI
but it didn’t work as planned..enna had to redo her chemistry lab report bcoz of pn khomah had asked her to do so, actually since before the examination week started.
but she just refuse to do it and planned to do it last minute,
on the last day of school..making our plan didn’t work well..

But I am just fine and ok bout it, becoz during my time waiting for her to complete her lab report, I manage to packing my stuff for the holiday..yeaay~

I would say that it is lucky for both of us, because during waiting for the cab in front of the koop, there’s already two juniors were also waiting for it..so, we just asked them if they don’t mind for both of us to share the taxi to the terminal 1 (yeay, dpt jimat duit~)..

basically, we had planned to walk to the terminal 1 and from there
we want to get a taxi to j.jusco..but, as we arrived at term 1,
we changed our plan to go there by bus..
i know it is sucks n horrible to ride on public transport, but we just ‘redha’ although we had to stand up all the way in the crowd bus..
we try our best to reduce our spending..and I thing we are successful of doing it, as the buss fee is only rm 3.60 per person compare to rm 13.00 for the cab..
plus, both of us had free ticket to watch any movie that we want at the cinema…yeaay..duit tak mengalir kuar sgt….
We decide to hang out together just bcoz we want to have fun as the exam is over (yeah..i know it still not over)

Me and enna had a really good and great time together..hahaha..actually,
it is my third time to jusco and diz is my 1^st time to go there with my lovely friend as the two times before was with my family..

personally, i feel twilight is a great movie..a movie based on novel..i love every part when bella and edward(the vampire) are together..
rase nak bercinta ngan vampire pon ade gak..muahaha..

then, we went for window shopping..
i only bought two nice t-shirts bcoz it is 50% off..
and also some gifts and cards for orang2 tertentu punye becoming birthday..
we also went for 'melalaking' . it is like the wajib thing for both of us when everytime i chill out with enna..i think karaoke is one of best way for us to release tension..and we really feel good of doing it..

finally, we went back to college at 9.30 pm..at the entrance, we just ignore the pak guards who were staring at both of us...sape suruh balik lambat kan..
but, we didnt giv a damn bout it..

smpai bilik..sgt penat.. i was mad when i found out that internet connection dah x de..aiyaa..wireless koop dah x de..buhsan2 teramat..tengok greys anatomy season 3 smpai 4 episode smbil packing2 barang utk balik umah...
